Porpoise rescue

Cardigan lifeboat volunteers managed to rescue a female porpoise trapped in nets near some cliffs last week. It can't have been an easy task but they managed to set her free and watch her take herself back out to sea.
This isn't a photo of that particular lucky porpoise but it gives an idea of how beautiful they are. They're often overshadowed by the rather showier dolphins but they're fascinating in their own right.
